Why do accent pillows cost so much?

I saw this totally cool accent pillow at a shop in Dallas last weekend... it had confusing price stickers ( at least from a man's standpoint)... one said $19.00.. the other $49... I thought... $19, Hell, I'd buy a few of em... then I figured out the $19 was for the 'filler' pillow... and the $49 was for the 'case'... that was $68!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
