Weight Lifted
Remember sometime ago I had a post regarding a friend & co-worker who had multiple myeloma? When he began his treatment he had an 80% infection in his body. After intense chemo, stem cell removal & replacement, chronic back pain, neuropathy, mouth sores and a 49 lb weight loss the infection is down to 2 - 3%. He has been given a clean bill of health for now & his life will continue with renewed faith and fervor. So thank you, thank you to all of you especially Krippled Warrior for you prayers and kind words.

Happy Birthday To
The man in the band who sings the song I come onto stage to everynight : David Coverdale
Andrea Bocelli. Your voice is so powerful and your version of Ave Maria makes me cry.
And you Scott Baio. You'll always be Charles in Charge to me.

Saving Money
I just read a news article on saving money. One family saved ketchup packages from restaurants. Really? How much money can you save or how much ketchup do you eat daily? The largest size of ketchup I've seen is around $4 and if you are lucky enough to live near a Sam's Club, then you can buy 3 large bottles for $7. So if you eat one large bottle of ketchup per month at $4 per bottle, $.13 per serving over the course of a year you save $47.45. Is it really worth milking condiment size ketchup pacakges for your homemade french fries? I mean, how poor, cheap are you that you can't afford $4 a month for anything?

Nothings
What is black and white & red all over?
The latest workplace perk: naps. Does this mean you can spoon with your cube mate? How about your boss? Do you get mats & blankets, a dark room with cots or is it head down on your desk?

As the anniversary of 9/11 approaches I always think about targeted attacks for that day. How do you feel?
